teriblesu???

sadly this was my last day at student works :(
I have really enjoyed my time there and I will miss them dearly although Im hoping to see them quite a bit through my work placement at full-a beans (ANOTHER thing to blog about!) but as per usual I have come home with the cooking but and I am hoping to make a little something - as long as I dont take to long with this post!
so more on my last day at studentworks to come but what Im thinking about making is a teramisu slash sponge cake inspires caramel thing (did you get that?) so what Im thinking is making the sponge cake that I very proudly made today, cut it up and instead of putting a coffee syrup over it, add my delicious caramel hot chocolate mix stuff from aldi's (yes, I smuggled 30 odd satchets of them here from last time I went to Melbourne!) Id then use the usual marscapone filling stuff but Im thinking that mabye a nice caramel sauce would compliment it well?? anyway, thats what Im thinking (I have no idea how I got onto that train of though but any way!)

P.s my mum doesn't like teramisu's hence the blog post title so I am out to please her! :)
